MEASURMENTS – NOTICE FOR PRICING
We have pre-measured the model you selected in your specified community to be able to provide you with a cost for your window coverings, but final measurements may vary due to final number of windows and final sizes for your home.
Your specific home will be re-measured to provide the manufacturer with the final dimensions, therefore, if there are variances between the model (number of windows & dimensions) and your home, pricing will be adjusted prior to manufacturing your window coverings. You will be advised before the product is made.
CUSTOM MADE PRODUCTS
Your window covering is custom made to the exact measurements and specifications found in your home. We have “double checked” the measurement to guarantee your product will fit in the specified window. In the unlikely event that a product does not fit, please contact customercare@enviewselect.com.
SWATCH PROGRAM
Due to the various inconsistencies of computer monitors, the colors displayed on your screen may not be an accurate depiction of the actual color. Although we have implemented an advanced scan technology available, we understand that color standards are subjective. As such, we offer color swatches at a minimal cost (shipping and handling) so you can see the exact material and color before placing your order. This charge is rebated with your completed order.
DAMAGED or DEFECTIVE PRODUCT
Because your window shades are delivered to the installer, the additional inspection for damage and/or defect will be made by this “insured and bonded” agent. HOWEVER, should you find your window coverings are incorrect, damaged or defective, after installation please contact our CUSTOMER CARE team at 1.800.319.0455 OR customercare@enviewselect.com Should the product require replacement, you will be provided a RETURN GOODS AUTHORIZATION NUMBER (RGA) and a shipping address for the product return. Returns MUST have an RGA number for a refund or exchange.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS or MODIFICATIONS
Cancellations or changes are accepted BEFORE your order is put into production. If you wish to cancel or modify an order, please contact our CUSTOMER CARE team at 1.800.319.0455 OR customercare@enviewselect.com, there will be a cancellation charge of $75 per order.
We will do our best to address your needs, however, if the order has already been put into production, we will not be able to adjust or cancel it.

By using our Website, you consent to the collection and use of certain information by Enview Designs. ENSURING SECURE TRANSACTIONS
Enview Designs has gone to great lengths to guarantee that your personal information will be safe. We want to ensure you have a worry-free ordering experience which is why our site uses Secure Server Technology (SSL 3.0) which encrypts all of your personal information. Your credit card number, e-mail address, and phone number are all protected as they travel though our shopping cart network. To further ensure the security of your personal information, Enview Designs has strict policies towards how its employees can use and access your personal information. Only authorized personnel are permitted access to your personal data.
INFORMATION COLLECTED
At the point of a sale in the shopping cart process, we will gather certain information such as your name, email address, billing and shipping address, and credit card information. For your protection your credit card information is not stored in our databases. All of our credit card transactions are approved online at the time of placing your order and are transacted by CyberSource. Because your products will be custom made to fit your window, your card will be charged right away in order to begin the production of your order. We do not search your computer for other information or transmit information to any other location.
The information gathered as part of the purchasing process is used only to complete your purchase and provide you with information about your purchase, such as order confirmations. Once you have placed your order, we may use your email address to tell you about upcoming special offers and new products or decorating information.
The information you submit online is sent securely to Enview Designs where authorized personnel processes your order. We use sophisticated encryption and authentication tools to protect the security of your personal information, including credit cards and passwords – none of which is shared with our manufacturers.
Shipping information, including your name, phone number, and mailing address, is shared with our installers so that you may receive your order.
USES OF COLLECTED INFORMATION
From time to time, Enview Designs will send promotional emails or customer surveys regarding products or to gage your satisfaction with the buying experience. After signing up to receive information from Enview Designs, you may opt out of receiving further communication from us at any time by following the link provided in each message. We will disclose information that we gather only in the aggregate in order to analyze our usage. We take great care and caution to keep whatever information we gather safe. No personal information is ever used for these purposes.
